Alvin Robertson, a former San Antonio Spurs, had his case dismissed by a state district judge Jefferson Moore.
The judge said that he is innocent of charges of sexual assault of a child, trafficking an underage child for purpose of sex, and forcing a sexual performance by a child.
Brent De La Paz, Robertson's attorney, said that it was all made up story.
