The air has been cleared, and so thus the mind of Cleveland Cavaliers fans; at least at the moment.
Lebron James sold his 12,178 square-foot mansion in Miami, It came $1.6 million dollars short of his asking price, but $4.4 million more that when he bought it coming in from Ohio.
It is said to be listed as $17 million dollars but was taken down to $15 million to get the interest of more potential buyers.
The Miami mansion is long gone from the thinking of LeBron, so thus the thought of playing for the Miami Heat again; at least for now that he is focused in the upcoming season. But when came next off season, you'll never really know; with that money he can always buy another mansion in the South Beach if he needed one.
Also, LBJ's contract is only guaranteed for one year because the second year is for a player's option choice. He can opt out of his contract and sign where ever he wants to. There will always be a market for the league's greatest player.
The mansion has said to be bought by Timo (not Mozgov by the way) and Nathalia Kipp.
