In the new feature of the NBA 2k16, you would have the chance to move your current nba city to one of Americas major city. For example you can move your current city to Las Vegas.
It will cost your team budget a lot of money of course, and also it will depend on some criteria like number of fans, market, team's budget, and fan interest.
It would be a new play mode to explore.
